Show Off Your Best Shot! Enter Our Monthly Photo Contest

Our monthly themed contest encourages you to share your wild bird photos, whether they are captured with your phone or a fancy camera. Each month we’ll share a theme to spark your creativity and invite you to share the wild bird moments that inspire you.

Every wild bird photo you submit — up to 10 per month — will be entered into a random draw for a $50 Wild Birds Unlimited gift card. There’s no judging for the “best” photo — every submission has an equal chance to win.

Best of all, your photos may be featured on our social media pages and at future events as we celebrate the wild birds that bring our community together.

October’s Theme: Fall in Full Feather! 🍁🐦

Fall has finally arrived in full force, and our feathered friends are looking fabulous!

This month, fill your frames with feathers against backgrounds of fall foliage, flowers, fruit, frosty mornings and all your favourite fall finds. 😁🍂

Capture your feathered friends surrounded by everything that makes fall such a fantastic time to get outside with your camera!

Please note: This photo contest is hosted by Wild Birds Unlimited Kanata & Ottawa, Ontario. We’re happy to welcome photo submissions from bird lovers anywhere, but contest prizes are intended for our local community and must be picked up at either our Kanata or Ottawa store. Prizes cannot be shipped.
